Yes, 100%. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients like beeswax or honey, and we never test our products or ingredients on animals.
How do you ensure your packaging is plastic-free?
We use compostable paper, glass, and metal containers. Our shipping materials are also plastic-free, utilizing paper tape and biodegradable fill to protect your order.
What is your return policy for personal care items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used personal care items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our sustainable shipping options to reach more countries in the near future.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
